During your comprehensive eye examination at HEC, we utilize the latest in diagnostic equipment to complete your vision analysis. Dr. Hanna will check your eyes carefully for cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and all other eye diseases. Eye disease as a result of systemic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension will also be screened during your comprehensive eye exam.
Remember, the eyes are the window to the body so we can detect some of the first signs of high blood pressure, diabetes, arteriosclerosis, side effects of certain medications and even some of the first signs of pending stroke. The key is early detection.
An eye is not only vision saving, but can also be life saving.
Once your vision analysis and eye health exam is complete, Dr. Hanna will discuss your diagnosis in detail. He will then go over all of the available treatment options with you, whether they be glasses, contact lenses or medications. He will also discuss how you use your eyes at work and make suggestions on your specific eye care needs.
In order to provide you and your family with the very best in eye care, Dr. Hanna and staff continue to keep up to date with the latest technology and equipment.
